Re-Alignment Proposal that could make sense for NCAA

Have ESPN...err the NCAA dictate that all schools have until December 31, 2013 to figure out where & who they want to be with for the next 20 years or so. There should be 14 teams per conference to allow 6 division games, 2 permanent cross-overs, 2 rotating games & 2 OOC games (no more FCS games allowed). I would recommend 6 conferences champions & 2 wildcard teams for an eight team play-off. The rest of the teams that don't make the "BIG SIX", can form another level of play & figure out what to do with some of the power FCS teams joining them. They should have plenty of time to get TV deals in place by then.

NCAA lost that power in the 1984 court case.
