Advice for parking @ Tallahassee

On the 27th my wife and I will be making our first visit ever to Tallahassee FL, and our first game at Doak. We planned for a lot but haven't really talked about parking. Any advice on where to park and possibly tailgate?

The times I’ve parked/tailgated there, it’s been pretty good. Usually a good number of Clemson people in the lot, as the FSU people park closer to the stadium. Not a bad walk in.

...event (Dinosaur?) at the Civic Center the weekend we were playing FSU in Tally. They were kicking out Clemson tailgaters after we all were already set up then stopped anyone who wasn't there for the event from parking in the lot.

Plenty of parking in town with easy walk to campus and stadium. Civic center is good.

I recommend avoiding a parking garage. We found a good priced one last trip, but it took an hour to get out only one level.
