again." To me, no one will ever come close to the original crew of Howard Cosell, Frank Gifford, and "The Dandarooni" Dandy Don Meredith. The interplay amongst those three (mostly Cosell and Meredith) coupled with the newness of having an actual NFL game in prime time on a weeknight will never be duplicated.

Sorry I can give you only one TU for that. Even after the rebirth of MNF when the good announcers retired it was somewhat fair. But then it became ESPN MNF instead of ABC MNF. It wasn't the same after that and never will be.

From what I remember, Cosell and Meredith didn't get along that good. Probably because of Cosell's super-sized ego. Meredith used to say things to antagonize Cosell. Good times.

Good decision.
Booger should go back to the studio for CFB on Saturdays where he is very good and Tessitore should stick to boxing, where I can actually stand listening to him.
