Academic standards

I still think if we were to lower our academic standards we could improve our athletic results. The drive to be a top 20 university academically negatively impacts our athletic programs.

Yeah, I thought about that but there are always going to be exceptions. Guess we will see when ND plays Alabama/Georgia.

Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, I don't really see how the academic standards are too high for a good player to get in.
I'd rather us be limited to being a mid teens BCS team than to destroy our academic integrity. It's one of the things that makes this college so great compared to others in the state or even region.

All we need to do is sign about 30 every year and cull them out like the SEC does .

Some that really want to play will make it .

You dont see bama lose cause a few got hurt .

They just run another on the field
