ACCCG Stadium Attendance Stats involving Clemson...

2015: 74,514 CU vs UNC

*2016: ? CU vs ? (VT) in Orlando

2017: 74,372 CU vs Miami

Over last 7 yrs ACCCG has averaged 70,000.

Over last 8 yrs the ACCCG ranks #2 among all conference championship play-off games.

50,600 or so in 2016... which is bad for a 66K stadium considering the fanbase. That would have been a 75K matchup if it was in Charolotte.

Except the first year in FLA with FSU playing, they have stuggled with attendance in the "guess which florida man is in the new" state. They even average 65K+ in Charlotte for the FSU years.


I really, really think that we need to work something out with a rotating venue based on the geography of the division champs. I know that is a scheduling nightmare but having 3 possible venues lined up should not be too difficult. NY in case there is a Pitt/BC/Cuse matchup. Charlotte for the Virginia, NC, Champs, and FLA options for Miami, GT, and FSU options. The highest rank/best record team gets the preference.

And to the sites that are not selected, we offer them as make-up games for SC/Akron (or any other relocated game)
