ACC basketball - who would win?

Due to the Virus - they have been playing old games on ACC network. While watching a game between UNC and Wake around 1983 - I found myself really impressed with the teams and level of talent back then.

Then, I watch a couple of games from this past season and I believe the overall talent and coaching was much better back then. Passing, shooting, etc was solid.

If the ACC teams of then, played the ACC teams of today - who would win?
IMO - 1983 would easily dominate.
