ACC Network on U-Verse in St. Louis

I live in St. Louis and have U-Verse. I looked at the Channel Guide on my phone App and it lists the ACC Network. When opened, it shows programming beginning on August 22nd. Hope this means U-Verse will be carrying it.

They told me several days ago that it would probably be on channel 1106 but they weren't positive about the channel at the time, just that they would have the ACC Network.
