Is an ACC school (Clemson) allowed to permanently ban an official (Duane Heydy) from calling games Clemson participates in?

I'm not sure how college works but in high school each head coach gets a small number of officials that they can ban from calling their games in the future.

No but the ACC does try to eliminate conflicts of interest

i.e., when Chuck Amato's brother was an ACC official, he was not permitted to call any NC State games. To me, that doesn't go quite far enough.

Clearly the league didn't do nearly enough in the Duane Heydy incident. Duane Heydt and his crew were supposed to ref for the ACC Championship Game that year, but were suspended due to questionable calls and unethical refereeing. Too little too late IMO. Ultimately, Watson's three turnovers in the red zone during that game hurt us as much a Heydy did.

I dont know if its the same crew now but I saw Heydt's bunch do a game earlier this year and they are just across the board bad. each of them.
