ACC Championship Tix?

Question for the board: I placed a phone order on August 3rd for ACC Championship tix (the 4 pack bundle lower bowl) and was told at the time it would take approximately ten days for them to verify and process. I called yesterday and was told the volume had been so high they are still processing orders. Anyone else still waiting to hear on their tix? Not a fan of the ACC order process this year, was much cleaner in years past.

Spoke to somebody yesterday who said the same thing. He said they hope to have everything processed this week. Said they will email confirmation and tickets mailed early/mid Oct

I bought via phone on July 23 and didn't get e-mail confirmation until August 6, so it takes while. But it does come.

In 2018, how does this conference have phone orders and online ticket sales? Ridiculous.

Leave it to the ACC. Can’t imagine why it’s so hard to process some ticket orders.

Placed my order about the same time as you. Haven’t gotten the email confirmation but I did see my card got charged the by the ACC today. ???? Hopefully you will hear something soon.
