Here's the ICIG correcting the President's lies. The short of it is that whistleblower laws were not just changed to allow for secondhand information to be deemed credible AND even if they had, this whistleblower had both first and secondhand information.

I don't mind someone raising a concern that caused this particular thing to be investigated, any more than I have a problem with the original whistleblower making his complaint. Question asked, question answered. Good job by all.
