Can someone please explain how this can happen and the NCAA does not find a case of "lack of institutional control" in this mess?

How can players be considered eligible if they are getting credits from classes that don't exist? I guarantee you if you look at the athletes and take away the credit hours they "earned" when taking these fraudulent classes they did not meet the minimum standard for credit hours. Wouldn't that make them ineligible therefore meaning UNC played ineligible players?

As much as you are our rivals and I don't pull for you, if you had done this the ACC would have stepped in and busted your you know what.
