Do Tajh and Bryant go today?

I think Bryant comes off the board early today...

And I pray that Tajh gets picked up as well.

I am fairly certain both go today, it is the last day of the draft, leaving only free agency. I suspect Bryant goes in the 4th or 5th round, I can not see an NFL team taking Ellington ahead of Bryant, unless they are focused on special teams needs. I think Tajh will go in the 5th to 7th rounds.

Mel K. sure doesn't seem to think much of Tajh's chances ...

premium on DBs we have seen in this draft.

I think there were 9 DBs taken in the first round alone. I don't have his combine information, but I wonder if there was a measurable that dropped him on teams boards.

I pray, hope, and wish for the best that our guys can possibly be and get. But I do believe that Breeland and Bryant's want for the money was greater than their understanding that one more year would have greatly improved their chances to catch the eye of the people paying that money. Hopefully the players we have now will see and understand that if they're not the polished player that Sammy was in three years, they should use that fourth year to add more shine to their game. And hopefully they were listening to the couple of owners I heard saying that most of the juniors should have remained in school for their fourth year if for nothing else but to mature.

Bryant yes, Breeland no

Bryant has the physical tools to be a first round pick. Staying a year could have shown first round production.

Breeland was always going to be a 4 or 5th round pick. He wasn't going to get any faster, and that's what is killing him right now. He ran a 4.6 in the 40.
