My son and I were among the few who sat through this entire game at Durham with all its delays and rain stoppages. Got there about 9 and left late afternoon. It was a crazy game but what really frosted me was that even though it was played basically in Swofford's backyard, he wasnt even there to present the ACC championship trophy to the Tigers when they won. Some peon I never heard of, probably a member of the grounds crew, presented the trophy to Lee and the team. You think this would have happened if Swoffie's blue boys were playing?

I was there with my wife and a few friends, we sat through every game and got wet and had a blast. It was an awesome experience, but unfortunately we could never replicate that drive over the next few years while son played. Ditto on Regionals....ugh.
