two state records broken today

Now I get it. The records were broken by young men accomplishing more than the previous record holders accomplished. The records were broken. Great news. I have never broken any records at all. I hope to break a record someday. I know that my sister broke a record in women's long jump in SC high school events some years ago, but I have never broken any myself.

Impressive, what I would do for some young knees. My knees are hurting just thinking about that weight. 405lb @ 140 is pretty impressive, almost 3 times his body weight.

It is amazing how strong high school players are getting. When I was powerlifting back in the day, 720 would probably win a professional meet on most given days. Now the pros are over 1k.
