Stubhub lies when reimbursing

As a buyer, they've reimbursed me a number of times for 'seller mistakes'. Only after a bunch of harassment will they even give me 10-20% above what I paid, and never anything close to a replacement.

What they'll instead say is that they didn't charge the seller anything for their mistake (which is a complete lie). Their rules clearly state the penalty. It's BS that they keep the difference when the buyer often has to pay MORE to find an equivalent match.
