Race and Trump

Although I am a white male, I do not consider myself a racist at all.

I am seeing a couple tweets on the news by people claiming the fact that Trump is winning shows how racism is worse than they thought in this country.

Why does anyone think that a vote for Trump is an endorsement or indication of racism? I guess these people do.

The fact that anybody feels the need to make such a ridiculous disclaimer tells us all we need to know about how fecked up and upside down and backwards the subject of race has become in America. Not being critical of you personally, it's just a sad commentary of the current state of affairs.
