I like this. I might actually have to become a Bills fan, even though it goes against every moral fiber in my 43 year existence. I swore off every single New York sports team a long time ago. But I might be able to separate Buffalo from the rest of the state.
Still think Rex needs to consider giving Tajh another shot.

hey he's the only one that gave him a shot

it was basically a favor move to even draft him. He gave him a shot to beat someone out and it didnt' work out but he was cool enough to get him drafted. That team is run by upper management, coaches don't make a ton of personel decisions so i was kind of surprised they drafted him at all. I guess they gave rex one pick. and it was the last one.

I think Rex would give Tajh another shot. Tajh didn't fit

with the Jets, and the Jets had some decent QBs. That's NOT the situation at The Bills. They need a QB... and Tajh Boyd to Sammy Watkins would be music to my ears!!!

That call to Tajh most likely has already been made.

He is interested. Don't know if anything has been set up for certain but his agent is talking to them.

Might be a really good move

depending on who he brings in to coach the offense. Rex, like his dad and brother, is a defensive guy.

this hire doesn't seem to be much of an improvement over who they had. Ryan only experienced marginal success in NY while playing in the same Divisio with Buffalo. Also, Rex Ryan is a defensive guy and Buffalo's issues are primarily on offense.

He would have been a better fit in Atlanta than Buffalo IMO

So would CJ Spiller.

Reports are he's going to bring in Greg Roman to be OC

That'd be a home run in my book after the success Roman had in SF with a mediocre QB.

I think Ryan overachieved in NY

2 AFC title games with Mark Sanchez and .500 last season with Geno. No Coach can win without a QB. Roman is a good hire at OC. They still need a QB.

Greg Roman is not that good of an OC.

SF offense was bad this year. A lot of their fans arent too sad he's gone. He runs a power run game with multiple TE's or fullbacks. Not good for CJ or Sammy.

It was bad this year, it was very good the 2 years before that.
Seemed fine for Anquan Boldin, probably fine for Sammy.
I expect CJ to be out of Buffalo next year with his contract running out.

Bide your time, sir, because like CJ your contract will eventually be done and you can move on to greener pastures.

I have always thought Rex Ryan was a great coach. He is a people person and I think he will take the Bills for a playoff run. I am now a Bills fan with Rex, Watkins, Spiller, Meeks and Hairston.
