Does DJ have a shot to come in and be quarterback one his freshman year? Why or why not.

Trevor has already proven to be an exceptional backup, however.

First, downgrade to Question #10 of the night. It's not that critical.

Answer: if DJ enrolls in January, he will be able to learn the offense in the spring, then compete in the summer for playing time in the fall.

But with Trevor, Chase and Taisun all with a head start, don't expect to see him for awhile. Trevor doesn't have the predictable performance voids in his game and leadership that KB had. So the opportunity that all of the backups get will not be significant while Trevor is here and healthy.

For sentimental reasons, many of us hope Chase starts in 2021. Then Taisun the SR and DJ the JR can compete in 2022. But all would do well, I'm sure.

Right.

But Dabo has said he's on track to graduate in 2.5 years, same as DW4.

I don't expect him to stay.
