Question about Military Appr Day - Halftime

My father will be attending and I'd like for him to have the opportunity to go on the field at halftime. However, he will be sitting in the South Upper Deck. Will they allow him access through the lower deck gates in order to participate in the ceremony?

Yes, in years past they line up by conflict outside the gates by the Hill.
