Question about Georgia fans

If we end up playing Georgia in the championship game in Atlanta, do you think the Georgia fans will act like the mouth-breathing inbred hicks they typically showcase? Or do they just cuss, spit on, pee on, etc. opposing fans in Athens?

Went to Athens many years ago and my wife and I had a great experience. Not like WB at all. Will never go back to Columbia.

Not all of us can go to Greece to escape them though. :)

I have attended 2 Clemson- Georgia games in Athens.

Last being in 1991. After that game in 91, I had cups and ice thrown at me and was cussed for wearing orange. Twice in Athens for a Clemson game was enough. But I have been to Athens for a Tennessee game with my UT buddy and I had a great time.

Nah it should be different, a high priced natty ticket should weed out some of the mouth breathing inbred breeds.

Great question

Before I offer my hot take, let me give a few qualifiers: 1) I live in GA so I'm surrounded by UGA fans. 2) I have been spit on in Athens, and had UGA fans steal my property in broad daylight.

So, how will they act if they make it to the Championship in Atlanta?

They will be the exact same way. It's part of their culture. When 2 or more gather, they re-establish their culture and somebody is getting spit on. They don't know how to be civil. So, if we see them in ATL, bring a poncho, rain or shine. I'd also bring a can of whoopass.

That just sounds like redneck trash, maybe the Georgia thing is just a coeicidence.

Coots act like that as well

They'll act low-class - you can count on it.***

Absolutely because it's just what they do, and...

in all likelihood, they'll be ten times worse than usual.

Hands down, without question or exception, the most vile and repugnant fan base in ALL of college football and it really isn't even close.

They are the worst by far, marched with Tigerband 02-06. My first away game Freshman year was at UGA. Beer poured on us marching in, spit at the entire time, but the cursing never bother me. It helps that you can't understand a word they say.

In four years attending 20 plus away games, nothing ever matched the classless dawgs

I've been going to Georgia anytime we have played them in the last 50 years. I've also gone to most, if not all of the other places that Clemson has played. The Georgia fans are bad as it gets. When you go to Georgia, you will see or hear Clemson sucks about a 1000 times. As bad as SC is, it doesn't compare with Georgia.
