Pool Play format is the most insane format for a tournament - particularly baseball - ever.

Way to go ACC - send your hot teams home with one loss - congrats.

Morons....

Double elimination adds at most one game to each bracket side - ### - Really?

DRAD should tear 3 new ones to the rock heads that push this through every year -

Hey - lose 2 - go home, no excuses. getting punked every year for spanking the one seed and still sent home after one loss - in BASEBALL - is inane.

What kind of mental midget (not to disparage our small friends) puts pool play in a baseball tourney????? OK for 14U travel ball - whatever - but ACC Championship - PPPPBBBBBTTTTT>>>>>>!!!!

Their plan worked though. Got a Big 4 team into the finals in Duke (right?) and a story line for the announcers. All they care about! Once again, the chaos created by this stupid format played out like they wanted and it likely will every year because it makes no sense and rewards teams that should NOT be rewarded for lousy regular seasons!!! Has to be ended.
