Probably the biggest reason for Bama's slide from relevancy

is that Nick Saban never dances with his players after a win. I have noticed that when coaches do this, they hold onto their assistants longer and more often than not win the next game. I think in a couple of years from now when Saban is finally let go, he will look back on his time and regret not dancing with the team more often.
