He is scheduled to pitch tomorrow...

but because FSU played NC State on Monday, Clemson misses Scott Sitz, which will make the task a LITTLE easier. It still won't be easy.

I live in the same town where Matthew Crownover is from.

Have to say, even though he went to a rival school in high school, the kid is a class act.

To miss almost his entire senior season with Tommy John surgery and come back stronger than ever is a true testament
of what the kid is truly about.

I'm so glad we stuck with our commitment to him and he is having the season he deserves.

I remember watching him in high school his junior year and the kid was almost untouchable.

Hope he shuts em down tomorrow.

GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the things I love about Matthew...

is that nothing seems to bother him. He's in no hurry to get on or off the field and he shows very little emotion. I have seen him pump his fist when he gets a big strikeout, but he isn't as demonstrative as Scott Firth. Matthew is having a fantastic season, thanks in large part to his hard work and the patience of the coaching staff. He is also a class act, every encounter I've had with him, and there have been several, has been very positive.
