Going be tough.

And almost beat Bama. They have a lot coming back, and are just getting better. They also get Bama at home this year.

I just can't see them running through that schedule. Which includes.... Florida, Georgia, Texas A&M, Alabama, and Missouri. No, they don't have to win them all. But if they won 3 of those games it would surprise me.-Just saying...
I give them 8-4 for 2016. #21

Clemson, lsu (they get bama and miss both at home and while I do like tenn I think they can win the east but not the sec yet), michigan because I think osu dips a bit this year and the title game shouldn't be difficult vs the crappy big ten west), the last one I'm not sold the PAC 12 has any team go without 2+ loses this season so I'll say Oklahoma makes it again because tcu and Baylor both dip.

Just to drill a one layer deeper 4 regular season games will determine the 4 and title games won't matter because of imbalance between divisions: Clemson/fsu, osu/mich, lsu/bama, and ou/tcu. The winners of those 4 games go to playoffs!

This is my 4 exactly. I can't decide if it'll be us or FSU in the ACC spot but obviously that's the season-defining game and I'll go orange-tinted glasses for the pick
Clem, Mich, Okla, LSU
Should be a good one!!!!

Oregon has a question mark at QB again this year. Worked out last year with Adams but I don't know if they can pull off the FCS-transfer-turned-one-and-done 2 years in a row, especially since the Pac 12 was a bloodbath last year. I like Ohio State and Clemson, don't know how I feel about Bama, they've got LSU at LSU late in the season, could be tough with LSU finally having depth. A loss in the final 4 weeks would be tough to overcome, depending on how the committee views the strength of wins Auburn and Mississippi State after that, which aren't gimmies either. I have, in no order: Clemson Ohio State Oklahoma (don't feel like they are elite but the Big 12 is pretty chalk and no defense is required) LSU

hahaha. j/k
I think Baylor loses at least 3 games. Tough games with, N'western, Okla State, (at Tex), TCU, Oklahoma and Wva. Not sure they can get through that.

I would replace Bama with LSU. Bama has too much to replace and could lose a game or two early. They could conceivably lose to USC and Ole Miss. That might put a crimp in their plans.

Houston has a good front seven (improved with their own Dexter Lawrence in Ed Oliver) and might give OU some fits if OU can't find someone in the passing game to open things up against a new Houston secondary. I expect Ward to give OU's defense some issues while they break in some new starters on D and I'm excited to see the Houston RB transfer who finally gets to play.
If UH wins, their schedule is pretty cake outside of a grudge match against Louisville, but that's a home game. If OU goes on to win the BIG 12 as I suspect they would, then it would be next to impossible to leave out an undefeated Houston team unless they were squeeking by their opponents and/or if you had a 0 or 1 loss PAC 12 champ. Even then there's a lot that can happen with the BIG 10 as well depending on how OU/Michigan fare.

they lost some really tough games last year, and if they can find a QB quickly. They'll be ok. Plus their schedule sets up nicely especially if they can get past Southern Cal and Utah--- then they have the Cards at home. So basicly, it comes down to Stanford and Oregon in the PAC 12.

They've rigged it so Michigan is automatically the #1 team, so we really only need to pick 3 more.
I'll take: CLEMSON/FSU - winner of this game walks into the playoff Florida - cakewalk thru the SEZ Least, and Bama ain't that good this year (nobody else matters) Oklahoma - 'cause Baker Mayfield thinks he's the greatest QB on the planet (is he conscious yet?)

Stanford will lose two - one-loss FSU makes it in by a squeaker (close L to #1, W's vs. 2 top 10) setting up a rematch in the Peach.
For the rest of the final CFP Poll I have:
5. Stanford 6. LSU 7. Michigan 8. Ole Miss 9. Oklahoma 10. UNC 11. Tennessee 12. Utah 13. TCU 14. Georgia 15. Louisville 16. Houston 17. OK State 18. Iowa 19. Notre Dame 20. Wisconsin 21. USC 22. Florida 23. UCLA 24. Pitt 25. Miami
