Pre football culinary find- BBQ Ranch Dressing

Jul 23, 2020, 8:47 AM

We have been making a BBQ Ranch dressing for a chicken salad recipe that replicates an offering from that cheesecake place (you know who I mean). Well we liked it so much we've used it for dip and as a sub for mayo on certain sandwiches. Below is what we do along w some optional tweaks. Enjoy.

• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup buttermilk
• 4 Tbsp BBQ sauce (use your favorite brand, I use Sweet Baby Ray's brand)
• 1 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch dried powder seasoning (no salt)- can sub their bottled dressing
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp kosher salt (optional)
• 1 small garlic clove grated (optional)
• 2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar (optional)

have shared w my Tnet friends. It has become a home must have for us. I love Ranch and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce anyway. Together it is great.
