I just find out from the Solicitor handling my case “ Bond was Denied “ for the kid who was part of the trio who robbed me. They caught on of them the same day of the robbery.
I am blessed to be part of a such a great group of people on Tigernet. I can’t say Thank You enough for the post, prayers and positive thoughts and advice.
May God Bless you all and I honestly believe it’s was the numerous prayers God heard that kept this kid from getting Bond.

He will serve a minimum of 15 years per SC Law. But he has 4 other charges so he could get Life.

Per SC law his minimum sentence just for the armed robbery charge is 15 years to life. Plus he has 4 other charges pending. Even if he turns on the other 2 he still has to serve at least 15 years. If the other 2 continue on the path they are on now. I believe they will be killed by other gang members or law enforcement.
