Trip to cali would be great, but playing the Irish would be awesome

this projection assumes....

A. Clemson wins ACC but has a loss(s) to keep them out of the BCS Championship because an undefeated Clemson with wins against UGA and SC should be ahead of OSU.

B. W/ FSU in the Peach(ACC#2), it could be assumed that Clemson beat FSU and they were runner up in the Atlantic.

C. Clemson probably beat Miami in the ACCCG (who lost to FSU) because they're in the Russell Athletic Bowl (ACC#3)

D. UGA beats SC because they would win the SEC-E to get to the Sugar.

E. SC loses more than a couple because the Peach is about #6 in the SEC's bowl pecking order.

Is it just me or is there 3 sec teams projected to bcs . I thought only 2 teams from each conference in bcs bowls. With bama in nc only one other team could be in bcs. Am I right or wrong ?

how do you get 3? i only see UGA and Alabama. BCS is Orange, Rose, Sugar & Fiesta. It changes to the new format next year.

Lots of ball to be played between now and then. But I think ND/Clemson in the Orange Bowl would be one of the best bowls of the season. It would be a great matchup.

LOL. It would indeed be an epic matchup, of the two biggest bowl choke artists of all time. "The Battle To See Which Team Chokes Least." Gosh with all the choke going on it might just rip a hole in the fabric of the Universe before its over.

and how many cfb mnc's, or conf. titles, does usuc have?

Jul 30, 2013, 5:44 PM

you need to get there before you can throw off on someone else. remember 0-21?

No kidding. How many NC's has South Carolina won? Hint: it's 11 fewer than Notre Dame. Choke artists indeed. You might want to win a conference title, much less a NC, before you label someone else a choke artist.

might be #6 in the pecking order of $EC , but we beat the SEC runners up in it last season.

Jul 30, 2013, 2:10 PM

calling it that. It has to do with the 4 team playoff.

Poor Coots

The BCS drought (or any meaningful bowl for that matter ) continues.
I hope these prognostications are right !

This has us going 10-2. With 2 conference losses and no OOC loses. It predicts we give Clemson their only loss.
