This is true.
Some of the most un-Christian acting guys I knew growing up were preacher's kids though. Most eventually straightened out and one in particular is a really good guy who runs his own non-profit.

I've been in his office. There was a bible on his desk that looked frequently used. He is probably some sort of liberal Christian to justify that drinking habit though.

I find this thread very ironic as I would assume most of you posters would claim to be Christian, yet I see you throwing out judgemental statements left and right (which is frowned upon according to the bible).

Whoops. Not saying everyone's going to hell now, just saying regardless of what you think of any football coach or team, they're still people and it's still sin when you judge them too.

I would assume it's safe to say it's still not acceptable to go kill a man for no reason and then say it's ok just because as a person sin is inevitable.

Not saying it's ok at all, just that it is a fact of existence in the fallen state of humanity that we experience in this world. Our sanctification happens through the work of Holy Spirit with our effort to please God through obedience to His Word.
