Parking without pass

Please forgive me if this has already been discussed. Can you tell me where the best place to park will be if do not have a pass? Thank you

Legal answer:
Depending on the direction you are coming from:
1. YMCA beach area-I think pay some $25 or something
2. park for free along grass if early like some areas around Hendrix/Perimeter Rd/Botanical Garden area
3. Downtown at any business around Papa Johns Post Office area for like $25-30 just pay to park areas

Best place to park without a pass IMO is Kite Hill. Right beneath the Clemson water tower, on a hill, hard to miss ;)
