Parking Passes on Stub Hub

Has anyone ever purchased a football parking pass on Stub Hub? The ones currently remaning for GA. State don't appear to be IPTAY spaces. They're listed under several different addresses on College Avenue and Wigington Street. Does anyone ever purchased these or do you have any insight.

Provide a link to them and we might be able to clarify. Stub hub verifies everything they sell on their site and guarantees it. Now whether or not it's IPTAY or some other organization is the question.
