He used to have hair and then one day I saw him and it was gone. Is he related to Andre Agassi? His hair seemed to just disappear one day

They are actually quite different but PJ Fleck looks legit.

Motivating and recruiting are great but he also seems to have the knack of his players bringing their "A" games when it matters most.
