Halftime veterans Recognition

I've brought my dad (Vietnam Veteran) to this game in years past. Missed last year unfortunately. I saw on Clemsontigers.com where once again Veterans will be honored @ the West End zone at half time. My dad has done this and brought my kids with him and they really enjoy it as well. I can't find any information on when to meet and where for halftime field access. Anybody have details?
Any help would be appreciated.
