We lost 6 of defense front 7. Our new starters have a lot of work to do.

They'ye been great all season, some big chunks today. BV still has an incredible ability to stop short yardage, it's unreal to watch. When UNC wasted a down on 2nd & 1 I said "that was stupid". Then they couldn't pick up the yard in 2 downs

We really are missing the beef

You can really tell we are missing those seniors from last year.

We look kind of small, although Niles is no little man.

I thought we did a better job when we played a 4 man front. The 3 man front is just begging to ask the other team to run on us. We switched on a couple of series to 4 maybe 5 DL's.

We played a lot of 3 5 3. Not sure I like it as much, we tend to start looking like a bend don't break defense.

The 3-5-3 is going to give up more 3-7 yard run plays. Just less beef at the line of scrimmage. We are still better than we have any right to expect considering how much we just shipped out to the NFL.
