Unearned runs. Shoddy defense and wild pitches gave the tigers this game. They hit poorly .. and the pitching ain;t great either.

Lecroy has done nothing to prove he should lead this team. Our hitting has been the problem for the last few years and falls on his shoulders. You people need to wake up.

I think it's more the pitching, we just don't have the elite arms that we used to in the Benson -Koch era... All our guys throw in the low 90's and that is just average at the collegiate level, it would be nice to get a mid 90's pitcher who has good off speed stuff as a starter. Until we get these guys, we will be average.

Agree with the pitchers but not the speed. I'll take a low 90's guy that can throw a change with a nice fastball with movement any day over a mid 90's heat throwing straight baller.
We need pitchers who keep people off balance and throw strikes. For the last few years we've and guys get too much of the plate.
Also, we need lefties and Jack has not recruited well for lefties.
