Reverse sear those bad boys.
Smoking a butt, wings, mac n cheese. Throwing some shrimp and salmon on before the game. Pellet smokers are awesome!

I thought about gumbo, too . I’ve discovered Bear Creek Gumbo mix .
Just add water , boil for 15 minutes. Then add about a pound of smoked sausage ( I like Conecuh ) and some boiled shrimp .
You won’t regret it .

I’m happy for everyone on here that can eat during/near the game. I won’t be able to eat cause I’ll be a nervous wreck. Happens every Natty. Good problem to have I guess.

Picked up Chinese last year since the game was in the Bay Area. Since that game turned out unexpectedly dominate, I will be stopping at the Chinese joint tomorrow night as well.
