So I'm conflicted... We need Oregon to lose so do we root for the upset @ UVA (not to mention good cred for the league). But also I like Oregon and want to see them do well without Chip Kelly.

and wear all their gear and boast about how good they are... they're just the other team I pull for to do well. I think it started when that played AU and I wanted auburn to lose cuz I hate them.
I also love everything about the state of oregon too. So you don't root for any other team ever, huh?

I have enough trouble trying to get Clemson over the hump. So I dont have time or strength for another team.

I love both teams, but it hurts more when Clemson loses so I am closer to Clemson than I am Oregon. Also, my dad is a Clemson grad.

I was a sophomore @ D. W. Daniel High School, then. I loved college football, and my draw to Oregon was due to them being totally original. Was before all the hideous uniforms and Donald Duck was fighting out the center of O.
I just pull for them, watch their big games, when able to.
As for the UVA game, the plus to a UVA win is a conference boost. The minus is UVA has a couple of outstanding D recruits with Clemson in their mind, that may think twice upon a dismal 2013 season for UVA.
Either way, GO TIGERS!!

I like Oregon pretty well also. My "other" team is Oklahoma State. I started rooting for them when I saw the Mike Gundy "I'm a man! I'm 40!" rant. IMO, there's nothing wrong with pulling for other teams, as long as you know where your true allegiance lies.
