Opinion: Buy ND Tickets now or wait for better prices??

I am hoping to take my son up for a bucket -list weekend and starting to look at tickets. In your opinion, should I grab them now (~$800-1000) or wait until all season ticket holders get their allottment and perhaps prices will come down with more supply?

Uga fan that went when they played said (here on TN) that one could buy tickets out front of stadium for $400 a pop. Now it was a Uga fan that typed it. But they way he typed it and the font he used, it read as believable.

That's beleiveable, but man it's tough to drop the money for a plane ticket with no game ticket in hand. But fortune favors the bold...

Wait,if Notre dame drops a game before they play us the prices will be more reasonable, if not they will be about what they are now. ND fans always think they are going undefeated and win the Natty every year!
