Who knew? Virtue Signaling can be more than a stupid egotistical empty gesture. Turns out Princeton's prez was brave and sacrificial; probably not what they expected though.

when some white person sued some company or school or something to show he was excluded in some fashion because of his race. I think the courts finally decided that it's ok to violate the letter of the law to enforce the spirit of the law.

It's possible this might go either way now but I doubt favoring blacks over asians and whites is going to be found unjust. Imo, everyone should be color blind on race. It's clear that the KKK and BLM are not going to be happy with that.
