One play ran under center

Theres this one play that we always ran last year. Our offense would huddle up close to the ball and then break out of the huddle real quick and run into formation. Tajh would get 'under center' and quick snap and pitch to the RB. We almost always ran this to the right of the formation and we would get 10 yards everytime. We would use it in the redzone. I don't know why we havn't run that play any this year. Seems like it would work when were on the 1, but I'm not a coach I guess. Ya'll know what I'm talking about right?
