I literally see some dumb crap every time I'm out on the water. You should have to get a license to operate them. Seriously. And being former Coast Guard I've seen a lot of dumb and fatal things that could've been avoided with just some common sense and training.

And I know it's just a matter of time. It was pretty choppy Saturday, and I saw a few that looked like potential candidates to chine walk themselves into an early grave.

on the Cooper River. Hauling butt at night and hit a metal jetty wall by the old Navy Base. Boat was unrecognizable and so were the guys that slammed it into the wall.
