how bad am I?
I have a TON of vests. I am a vest guy. I hate coats, love a flannel/pullover and a good vest.
I just broke my own rules and got this one. I feel like I need to go take a shower.

but I'm not a flashy dresser.
I've been eyeing these.
I already have the pants and a few jackets. I'd have a full 3 piece suit!
I really want a good denim jacket - not like some sort of fashionable ironic hipster, but because I have to wear FR rated clothing at work, and denim is the bomb.

jackets / pull overs are usually too hot. i hate taking stuff on and off when i'm in and out. they're great for layering when it actually does get cold, etc.
only juan you're missing is the orvis windproof. light weight but keeps me warm. new colors kinda suck tho.

lately I've become a fan of these (not quite) vests
Oct 28, 2020, 10:45 AM

these short-sleeved rain jackets that were originally developed by golfers (invented by Payne Stewart?) to keep your arms unencumbered, but your core and shoulders warm and dry.
I mean, who cares if your arms get wet? MUCH more comfortable to wear on mild rainy days - like TODAY in the South. Wearing mine this morning.

Just as a point of clarification, is it mandatory to tuck your weiner between your legs when you wear a vineyard vines vest, or do you just do it because it feels right
