They put the 2 flawed teams together, LSU vs OU. Flawed defenses. Should be a great BIG12 game. Question - when’s the last time you’ve heard any of the talking boy sports models mention “SEC Defense”? Weird huh?
And they put the 2 complete teams together. #1 & #2 in total defense, scoring defense, margin of victory. Both run, both pass, both score, both play defense.
Bucknuts have given up a lot of sacks, 31 vs Clemson’s 13, but the Bucknuts also have produced a lot of sacks, 51 vs Clemson’s 37. Something’s gotta give there. One of these defenses has to disrupt the opposing offense. I think BV’s defense will get to Fields. Gotta protect TL. If we do, we’ll break the Bucknuts.

LSU defense is much more talented and although they've had bad games they've really ramped it up lately. I expect them to walk OU.

Anyone that thinks LSU played a good UGA team with a good offensive running game, as characterized by ESecPN, then they need to go back and re-take Football 101!
UGA was and is not elite or anywhere close to O31O State and Clemson.

The SEC lEast is still a dumpster fire. UGA was beaten at home by the Coots. Jake Fromm co played less than 50 percent of his passes in 3 out of the last 4 games.
Styles do make matchups. Oklahoma does play the type of football that matches up with LSU. Oklahoma is used to shoot outside.
I am not favoring Oklahoma but I think they have a shot. LSU has a mediocre defense. Georgia's had players running wide open all day but Fromm could not hit them.
I see it being a 45 to 38 type game.
