Oil below $30/barrel..when is diesel going down?

I haven't seen it below $1.90/gal in 2 weeks. Seems to be going back up.

Diesel is as low as 1.47 in Easley, SC, several places sell for 1.52. I drive a diesel VW and Easley seems to be about the cheapest anywhere around.

I bought diesel in Easley a few weeks ago for $1.62

Refined products not cheap.
