yeah he wins the ACC 10 games and Athlon still ranks him 8th of 12 in the ACC. Maybe they just remember the last game loss to wvu. Go figure.
It was an up and down year, best in the conference with a great W over VT and then worst ever bcs bowl loss a few weeks later.

Yes it does. But you will never in a life time get the Haters to see any of it. Haters are very set in their ways. As long as Dabo is the HC at Clemson, they will hate on him. If Dabo was to go and do the exact same things at another school as he has done at Clemson. The haters would say, why didn't he do that at Clemson. They are 100% blind to any good that Dabo does. And they have 20/20 vision to any negatives with Dabo. Back to Back National Championships wouldn't change anything for them. If we won a NC, it would be b/c the other team gave it to us, and not b/c of anything that Dabo had done....

As long as we are taking home the hardware, top ten recruiting classes, national attention I am fine with their hate. Sucks being them.

Nope, just was not our day. Young team= inconsistent team. However they overcame that and became champions.

See how tangled that situation can become. One win means they were the better team, that night, doesn't mean they were the better team overall. If they had caught us early in the year we would have crushed them.

the program to Top 20 finishes. Frank Howard and Danny Ford did that 7 times each. Heck, even Tommy Bowden did that once.

Hey. look at the great benefit of losing to wv. We got rid of CS and now we have an excellent defensive cord. They already look much improved on that side of the ball. Will we win more games because of it? Maybe, maybe not, but I like our chances. At least the players can play defense instead of talking!

I have no doubt we will win more games because of the change at DC. Dabo has put together a great staff, and we already saw evidence of it last year, except for the lapses on defense, and he did what good coaches do by getting rid of the weakness.

To win a championship. Remember we had 44 freshmen last season. Half the team was in their first or second season. There was an obvious problem with consistency. The Clemson team that showed up against FSU, VT twice, and Auburn was not the same one that went out against NCSU, SCAR, or WV. I believe in Dabo and this team and I can see that we are on the path to getting to where everyone wants us to be.

I've seen plenty of dumb coaches put in plum situations and succeed. I've seen plenty of good coaches put in challenging to bad situations and fail.

Dabo does not have to coach, he has to hire people that can. See Chad Morris and BV.
The way I see it, we have coaching and recruiting. The ship is headed in the right direction.

He's basically learning on the fly and trying to live up to expectations. I fully believe in him and I am excited to see where this program is headed. Our offense was bad, he made a change, our defense was bad, he made a change. We are moving in the right direction
