Just came out that the Police for both Agencies have shut down the Bike/Walkway on the Ravenel to prevent the threat of Protesters. Plenty of Law Enforcement in the area. Not mean't to be Political but this just came out. Thanks to the original poster on the other thread that got to be Political for the heads up about this issue.

It would have been a traffic nightmare and plenty of tempers would have gotten out of control over nothing. The case has been handled move on to some new disaster

Why should they protest? The officer has been charged with murder. Sure, they have the right to protest, but why should they?

Throw Jessie and Al over the bridge. That will stop a lot of the crap going on in this country.

Or just go ahead and give them some money and they will leave. Civil rights leaders? No! Shake down con men.

they are probably scared they'll get jacked if they protest in North Charleston and figure the bridge is much safer.
