OT: Recommendations for New Year's Eve party

For our thirteen years old and her friends. Due to the massive trees in the yard and close proximity to the neighbors, fireworks are not an option.
Tia in advance

Well, let's see you could start with blind man's bluff, then kick the can, moving on to charade , next a quick game of red rover and finishing off with pin the tail on the donkey. The grand finale could be cake and ice cream.

Feel sorry for your kids. They'll probably end up at our house to have a good time.

Home karoake machines are goofy fun for kids.

A disco ball (any size) is always a great invitation for letting loose a bit for any other music going on. Bonfire? Weather providing. Finger foods served fun is also a big hit.

Too many of them to transport. As for a single guy, bar scene with karaoke night. Everyone gets hammered to get the courage up to sing, so it's easy to mingle with strangers. After chatting a bit, order everyone shots. Hit the dance floor and you could get lucky.

What about a pop culture trivia game or something geared to teens.

Girls that age can entertain themselves for hours with nail polish and braiding each other's hair, but have plenty of activities available.
Give your daughter several assignments to help with the planning, and a budget for Hobby Lobby and or Dollar Tree.
Let the food be part of the entertainment. Let them make their own pizzas & bake or decorate cookies. Your daughter needs to come up with at least half a dozen toppings and make the grocery list.
Have your daughter find some sort of inexpensive craft online and stock up on the supplies: $4 Hobby Lobby t-shirts & paint markers, or some kind of bracelets they can make.
Serve cocoa and have a tray with some combination of marshmallows, chocolate chips, whip cream, cinnamon candy, soft peppermint sticks etc so they can concoct their own flavor combinations.
Let her figure out 3 or 4 movies they may want to watch, and also plan decorations - light strands, small disco balls, etc.
Good luck!!

Pretty sure your ruling out the fireworks thing too quickly. At 13, even now, things that go boom entertained me for hours. Do kids still have bottle rocket wars. As long as an adult is present, it should be good.
And remember, any firework that makes it on to the neighbors roof is their responsibility to clean up, possession being 1/3 or something like that

7 seconds of heaven was usually fun around 13.
These days I'm usually more of a 27 seconds of heaven kind of guy.
