If that's the case, unless FSU is there it will be half full.
The two times I went to Charlotte it's was almost full and packed.

That would be typical .
Heck who knows maybe DC.

The only time Charlotte has been full

Is when Clemson is there.

The crowds have been way better there than Tampa.
I bet there was on 30k in Tampa when we played GT.

Not true...FSU-VPI was packed***

I am betting you are right...Orlando does not seem right.

Or maybe Nashville.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

No alternate site would be as good for us as Charlotte was.

Sep 14, 2016, 2:57 PM

If the %$#@! Panthers had built the stadium in Rock Hill like they were supposed to, we wouldn't have this problem.

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

what needs to happen is that both teams should...

Sep 14, 2016, 2:55 PM

dress in the same uniforms and just toss the ball around. No score keeping. We do not distinguish that there is a difference between the teams or players and march up and down the field progressively until the time runs out.

Yes but I am not sure what playing a game in New Orleans has to do with Charlotte...

Stadium. Capacity 10,200. The New Comfort Suites could hold the teams. Not a bad seat in the place, except when the meth-hobos who live under the bleachers try to steal your stuff.

They did clear alcohol sales there once before. I am not much of a beer drinker, but I have a hard time believing they are going to pass up on that revenue stream.

since it would be an "earned" right to host, UNC will be able to host in Chapel Hill.

They are moving it away from Charlotte because of a NC state law...doubt they would move to another site in the same state.

If only their new soccer stadium was on schedule they could move the HS State Championship games there and accommodate the ACCCG in the Citrus Bowl.
