Number 1 - it is a banned substance. A trace is enough to cause them to be ruled ineligible.

Number 2 - Do the math. 0.0002 equals what in a 350 pound man?

350 X 16 (ounces in a pound) = 5,600 ounces

5,600 ounces X 0.0002 = 1.12 ounces

Now go weigh out 1.12 ounces of flour or sugar and get back to me.

We are actually dealing in parts per million or parts per billion.
