The real Death Valley is located

in California.

It's coordinates are 36.2469° N, 116.8169° W.

Next question please

"I've been working since I was 15 continually until now. I worked 40 hours a week at 15, when it wasn't even legal for 15 year olds to work that many hours."

You know what i meant.***

Not really fair since Si is from the Duck Dynasty Louisiana area.

Not even in the honorable mention

Sep 25, 2013, 2:17 PM

from article."It’s hard to argue with the five as presented, although Ohio Stadium at Ohio State (the Horseshoe), Bryant-Denny Stadium at Alabama, Sanford Stadium at Georgia, Williams-Brice Stadium at South Carolina, Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor (the Big House) and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at Florida (the Swamp) all get pretty deafening in big games too."

Only thing SI gets right is the swimsuit issue

They can rank them however they want to rank them but I think they are most likely FOS. Autzen Stadium seats 54,000 and with SRO does not exceed 60K. Hard to imagine them being among the loudest venues.

I've seen Clemson play at Kyle Field and the crowd was no big deal unless you really like those little dances they do in their seats. It certainly was not loud for our most recent game there.

And, Clemson has a winning record at Lane Stadium AND at Williams Brice. So much for the big home field advantage those programs get from the noise they are said to make.

Having been to The Big House last year I can attest to that.

Sep 25, 2013, 5:36 PM

Heck, their own fans told me as I was walking in that,"Yep, we've got the biggest, but it sure isn't the loudest". I swear, that is the honest truth. Their own fans said it was not loud. And it wasn't.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Virginia Tech isn't loud. At least it wasn't in 2011.***

There's something in these hills.

I agree about VT generally but they are talking overall. I've had experience where the noise where I was in the stadium impacted my perception of the place. Are you near students or near older sedate alums as examples

badge-donor-05yr.jpgringofhonor-74tiger.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

That's just dumb. We're arguably the loudest. We are

Sep 25, 2013, 3:42 PM

certainly in the top 5.

I wouldn't trust York's coordinates he might've gotten them for the Big XII source.
