When I was at Clemson, there was a Charger (IIRC) that double parked. I parked within an inch of his driver side door because the parking lot was completely full. This was probably around 8:30 am.

I was going to go grab some lunch prolly around 12 or 1... went out to the car and another car had parked within an inch of the passenger side. I decided to eat lunch on campus that day. When I left about 8 pm that night, all 3 cars were still there. I am so hoping that that a-hole tried to leave earlier and couldnt.
